A dense, top-down tapestry of one of Winnipeg's most storied neighborhoods, this piece packs the Wellington Crescent and Corydon Avenue area into a single joyful composition: Victorian mansions, storefronts, and gabled homes crowd the frame in every direction, while paddlewheelers and tugboats churn along the river below and biplanes drift through a cloud-dotted sky above.

Koppanyi's flattened, candy-colored style turns architectural variety into pure pattern — rows of pastel houses, red-brick storefronts, and stately estates all rendered with the same loving, hand-painted detail, populated by tiny cyclists, cars, and pedestrians going about their day.
